Unfortunately followed Paul's poor advice to not receive a copy of inspection report after loosing one buyer, and have now lost another buyer because I didn't know what needed to be fixed the first time. He was advising against getting a copy of the inspection again. He claimed to offer connections for service to my property, but then couldn't put in the work to locate a service professional (two separate occasions). He claimed that being out of his immediate area would not be a problem when I interviewed him, but consistently claimed after going under agency with him that my house was out of the way for him and service professionals he knew. I have been contacted by one realtor who did not care for their experience, trying to work with him. Ultimately, I decided to not renew agency with him. I then received a 'cheeky' response from him that he had already decided not to renew my listing and was going to tell me if the second buyer fell through. Seriously? Quite the immature response. Listed immediately with a recommended, local realtor and was under contract in less than a week, going through to close. Amazingly, the experienced and hardworking realtor knew how to handle ANY twist thrown at them in this market!

I knew Joan had helped a few friends and family members to buy and sell their homes. This summer I decided it was time to buy a home. We looked at quite a few homes and I just couldn't find what I was looking for at all. She helped us narrow down what we really were looking for and we found our home. We closed Dec. 1 right before the ice storm hit St.Louis. It was really just a great experience.
