They are the most awesome people that you could ever find to work with on buying a house. They have moved themselves a couple of times. Apart from being realtors they know how hard it is to find a house that fits what you need for your family. All the decisions that go into buying a house like what kind of neighbourhood it is, the extra things like property tax and how far away you are from emergencies and stuff that you might not think about when you are buying a house. So Beyond being realtors they are experienced home buyer themselves. They are very energetic, plus they are aware how valuable time is. They are easy going and down to earth. They give you all the information that you need. They give extra information that you don’t even think to ask for. They are extremely professional. As relationship with the realtor develops there are certain points of time when they can tell only so much until you decide whether you want them to be your buying agent or not. They were very good at respecting those boundaries. We mostly worked with Chris but with Kimmy also. Kimmy is certified to do a particular kind of mortgage with the knock up programme, NACA . It is like the Neighbourhood And Community Association. It helps people with bad credit or mortgages. It helps people to have affordable non- territorial mortgages. They finance people in such a manner that makes mortgages affordable. Since we were working with her we were able to get a mortgage through the NACA programme. This was awesome. We would work with NACA directly to get our loan. We did not have to go shopping by ourselves and making that kind decision on our own. We would use them in the future.
