We were in search of a general contractor to help with various “handyman” repairs as our house was in final stages of getting on the market. I contacted Rob and RC360 requesting service to be performed within a week of the time needed for the staging team to come into the house. Rob was very prompt in his response and provided a budgetary quote and framework based on the initial tasks that we inquired about. We ended up having a few more service items come up once they started the work. Rob and his on-site team worked with us on various options to complete the tasks and pricing of each. Overall, we would hire RC360 again for various repair services.

Very prompt and available for questions. The county made some mistakes with the permits that turned into a nightmare, and rob was there to correct the mixup, that was no fault of his own. Above and beyond expectations.

Everything went very well. Rob has great design skills and helped my vision of what I wanted to see in my house come to life. Very easy to work with and very professional.

This is the most horrible experience ever. I found RC 360 Design and owner Gourad Chand through this website while he was doing work for a neighbor. I hired his company for a new home build for $138,000 plus a $2,000 retainer fee to Mr Chand. On 1/8/21 I gave Mr Chand a check for $34,500 to lock in an April 1st 2021 build and to complete the home by September 2021 to be able to put my current home on the market to repay the loan. Mr Chand came to the property location one time to see the layout of the property and let me know I had to call dig rite and have a septic and drain field, well, electric all installed and brush hogging and excavating done before April. I took out a loan against my home for down payment for the belt build and everything that had to be done to build. At the end of March I start getting many excuses why Mr. Chand could not start the build in April. Last time I heard from Mr. Chand was 7/6/21, four months after build was supposed to start about solar and that was the last time he has contacted me. I have contacted him by email, text and left voicemails many times since and have not heard anything. I hired a lawyer and a certified demand letter was sent for all monies to be returned by 12/29/21. We got no response. This was my dream. I am now paying on a huge loan with nothing to show for it while Mr Chand is earning interest on my money. I am shocked with this experience. I don't know what to do. This has been the worst scam ever. I am paying on a loan and have nothing to show for it. Mr Chand refuses to return any of my correspondence. Please advise Angi. Thank you

They were late and started to come back after a month. It took them a months and a half to complete the work. Their communication is not good. They keep giving us an excuses. I was really frustrated. They guaranteed the work from 1 year. After a months, everything they did was cracking and got worse. And I sent them photos about this. We asking them to comeback and talk about guarantying. They replied, but they're asking to pay more for this. He did not fulfill his commitment. They are not professional. They have very poor quality services. They are not really a good match from home advisor and Angi because they are not high quality contractor.
