About us

My name is Ronald Ray James, and I’m the Chief Executive Officer of Ray James Enterprises, LTD™. For 30 years I’ve been in the mortgage lending industry. I operate one the most successful mortgage brokerage firms in the Midwest, headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri. I’m also a licensed Real Estate agent who’s bought, sold and financed over $570 million in residential and commercial properties throughout my career. I specialize in REO/bank owned properties, short sales and foreclosures. I am an expert at dealing with REO/bank owned properties, short sales and foreclosures. In fact, I've lectured as a guest speaker and conducted seminars on these topics. In 2015, I organized a pool of lenders who specialize in 'no income, no assets' loans (also referred to as NINA mortgage loans for short. When the banks say now, I can help borrowers obtain unconventional, hard money, “no documentation” loans exclusively for landlords and real estate investors. Ron was a property manager for a condo I ended up renting. He was late to each meeting, sold me a washer/dryer that didn't work and wouldn't produce the paperwork for these appliances. He said they were under warranty for 90 days, but for 3 weeks, I have not been able to obtain the paperwork or return the defective appliances. Additionally, repair men that were supposed to show up for a long list of issues with the condo never showed up. Overall, my experience has been horrifying.
