My name is Ronald Ray James, and I’m the Chief Executive Officer of Ray James Enterprises, LTD™. For 30 years I’ve been in the mortgage lending industry. I operate one the most successful mortgage brokerage firms in the Midwest, headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri. I’m also a licensed Real Estate agent who’s bought, sold and financed over $570 million in residential and commercial properties throughout my career. I specialize in REO/bank owned properties, short sales and foreclosures. I am an expert at dealing with REO/bank owned properties, short sales and foreclosures. In fact, I've lectured as a guest speaker and conducted seminars on these topics.
