After an issue with another company where their "fix" resulted in a bigger problem than I started with, I reached out to R.A. I wish I would have done this to begin with. Nate was fantastic. He presented a repair option that the prior company did not even mention which ended up saving me over $1000. Nate was professional, competent, friendly, and timely. I highly highly recommend R.A.

I absolutely love them. Most places I called would only install a white toilet which wouldn't work for us. I was pricing all around. They were competitive. They ordered the toilets, got me the upgraded color and did everything and I still paid the same price some other companies wanted for just a white toilet and not as good of a quality. I am really impressed with them. There were two of them and it didn't take very long to complete the job.

RA Guinner was one of the best contractors we've worked with on during the past ten years our quirky little house. Nothing is ever simple with our place, but Frank rolled with the punches, helped us make important choices without time pressure. He brought in a very good partner to work on some complications with a tub.

Guinner staff is friendly, professional, courteous, considerate of their surroundings and they do great work! They take time to explain problems and solutions/fixes. They do a great job cleaning up after work is done and make sure to wear booties when walking through other areas of the house to keep it clean. They respond quickly and are my go-to for plumbing fixes and problems. I am thrilled with the quality of the work and service.

Absolutely great service! Very professional, punctual, no pressure, and they did exactly as promised. My only negative on them was the price. They were significantly more expensive than some of the other bids, however, their price also included replacing the drywall, which the other bids did not. Because of the convenience of the "one stop shop" and the detailed contract they laid out i felt very comfortable moving forward with them and i was not disappointed. Highly recommend using them for all plumbing needs. Zach, Jessica, and Rich were the people i dealt with and they were all very friendly and responsive.

He showed up right away. Got some tools, fixed it and I was shocked at how little it cost. Pleasant and cheerful. I never thought dealing with a plumber could be a pleasant experience.

We always use Guinner Plumbing. They can generally come the same or next day. The dispatched is very friendly as are the plumbers. Once they repair something, we have no further issues. They have worked on our house and on our rental properties.

Frankie, the plumber arrived on time & showed us where the main water shut-off was, (I was grateful to know this!)
We were informed by someone else that DIDN'T even touch the job yet," that our tub faucet would be probably would need MORE than just washers & would be next to impossible to replace,& it was probably obsolete ( being from 1956), & would be over $600.00 ....(to do just that 1 thing)..... IF he could find another replacable faucet"!!!
WELL, Frankie the Guinner's plumber DID take the faucets off & COULD replace just the washers!! (Without all the drama & $$ that former plumber suggested!
Then he replaced the faucets in the bathroom sink & even told me how to clean out calcium build-up forming in the toilet in same bathroom, which I wasn't aware of.
He was kind & knowledgable, & helpful with lots of needed advice about the plumbing in this old house! .Everything was done in an hour.
We will definitely call Guinner Plumbing again!

We have used this company for probably more than 30 years. They have always been reliable even at our former house. It?s an old house and we had them out to clean the drain at least once a year. We like to continue use them because we have confidence in them and we have known people in the company for many years.
The price is higher than I thought it would be. They schedule us within probably within the week.

The experience went well. They came in on a Sunday, and solved my problem right away. It was expensive, but I looked it that I was calling them on a Sunday. The main thing was that they made themselves available, they came in, they told me what time they were going to be there, and they called me when they were on their way, they came in, found the problem and resolved it. They cut a hole in the wall, and they cleaned up whatever they could, but they left the hole, and I had to get a contractor to repair the hole, but they took care of the problem. They got it all done pretty quick. I have had no trouble with the work done.

The final result was amazing. Guinner plumbing was very professional and prompt in responding to any calls or concerns I had. Their plumbers were prompt and professional. Rich Guinner was extremely helpful with bathroom ideas and suggestions for what he thought would work or not. He was very trustworthy and helpful. I really appreciated his advice and suggestions.

Back in December, my pipes busted (Niagra Falls) I couldn't get any other company to come for three days. When I called Guinner's, the office staff had mercy on me and found a plumbing technician handling another call in south City. He had to cut and cap a pipe to top the flow. I had them come back yesterday to reconnect the pipe, and address another outdoor faucet that had the original 100 year old plumbing. They also found a pipe that was attached to my kitchen sink that was starting to drip-and fixed that.The techs were prompt, communicated each step of the way regarding what needed to be done and how much it was. The office staff was courteous, compassionate, and great with scheduling. This was a really good experience.

We chose this provider on the recommendation of other providers who couldn't get to our job in a timely manner. This provider came quickly and was very competent. We have actually asked them to come back and do some other work at our home.

It went well. They came out as quickly as could be expected and worked hard to find the problem. My only complaint is that the serviceman smelled strongly of smoke. He did not smoke in my house, but it was just all on his clothes.

I initially contacted another company listed in Angie's list, and they were not able to come to the appointment. They call to apologize and referred Guinner Plumbing. I called Jessica --she was really nice, and two hours later she sent Frank who did a great, quick, clean job.
Although I like the work that they did, and I would definitely recommend them, I am not happy about the fact that Frank had to go to the supplier to get a new part for the water heater, so I ended up paying an extra hour ($130), just to have a highly qualify technician driving around the city. Still, I am happy with their service and how quickly the came to help me.

"Thank you so much for the kind words. We sincerely apologize for your feelings that we had to leave your home for parts to make the repair. We do carry a large amount of inventory on our service vans for multiple plumbing issues. However, in this situation the person who had tried to repair the water heater before we were called, actually destroyed parts that are produced and installed by the manufacturer. There are a lot of different water heaters out there and it is hard for us to carry parts for them that are not normally stocked at plumbing wholesalers but rather than the manufacturer of that brand heater. Our goal is to get the customer up and running as quickly as possible. We appreciate your business and hope this may make a little more sense and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience."

I contacted the provider, RA Guinner Plumbing via Angie's list "Email provider" button on 11/10/12. I never heard from the provider so called them on 11/15 and they said they never received the email. During that phone call, the man I talked to said a plumber would come on 11/16 around 1:30pm and would call when he was on his way. I was impressed that I was able to set up an appointment the day prior to needing the work done. The plumber arrived about an hour late, but did call when he was on his way. The plumber explained the problem to me, snaked my drain, cleaned up afterwards, and made recommendations on products to use/not use on my old pipes. The plumber was friendly and got the job done promptly. It was a positive experience and I would use them again!
