Craig showed up when he said he would and had the entire kitchen renovated while we were out of town for 5 days.  He's a true pro.

It was great working with Craig. Craig is very patient in working through the various questions and details. The project involved some 'back and forth' communications primarily on my part with "what about this, what about that" sort of thing. The project was started when promised. Both Craig and Erik are easy to work with, professional, and definitely know their job. We are very pleased with the result. It's perfect. In addition to installation of the regular cabinet tops, they also installed a new cabinet top on a raised ledge that wraps around the sink area, with splash guard. This resulted in a nicely integrated look. Project also included installation of new sink, new faucet (both first rate and purchased at their expense), and installation of a new cooktop that we had purchased.

I called QSI to fix my door lock. They were extremely quick to make an appointment with. Within the week they were at our house and fixed the door that same day. They took our door to their shop, reworked a new lock into it and returned a little after noon to put the door back on. They were quick, incredibly professional and very nice. I will always call them in the future for carpentry work!

Unreal. These guys are unreal. Not only did they beat the timeline, price and service level of other companies that have remodeled rooms in our home before, they just seemed to 'get it'. They understood that we had a vision, and worked with us to make that a reality. Where other contractors before would 'forget' the details, these guys didn't. We'd find holes in our basement walls (100 year old stone) and they'd go mix more mortar & fix it (which I know was probably not a fun job). Which makes sense--after all, we were redoing our basement, and how were we to know that random parts of the walls had holes not originally discussed in the contract? I am so incredibly happy with them. Their professionalism and service was SECOND TO NONE. Craig & team-- Thank you SO much for representing your industry with class and dignity, and for representing your company with such excellence. It is so refreshing to find a contractor like this!

I joined Angie s list in hopes of not wasting time or money for work that I would not be happy with. I found two contractors in my area and contacted them both. The first one called me ten minutes after he was supposed to be here to cancel. The second contractor was Qualified Services, Inc. Craig Roberts and his son Eric arrived promptly at the appointment time. They came in and started looking around as I was explaining what I wanted. When I said that I wanted a "pretty kitchen" they knew exactly what needed to be done. They embellished on my ideas to give me a complete kitchen. They were extremely professional, prompt, clean, and trust worthy. They stayed within my budget and gave me exactly what I asked for and more. The pricing was very fair for the good work that they did. My husband and I highly recommend them for any remodeling job that you may have. We will be using them again.

It went very well. We called three different contractors for bids for removing the bedroom wall. While the other two were just going to tear down the wall and put up a support joist on the ceiling, Craig suggested putting the joist in the attic so it would not be seen, so that the ceiling in the two rooms would be consistent and seem more like a large room instead of two separate areas. He also suggested canned lighting, which looks and works great, and put wainscotting around the whole room which provided an attractive, finished look. Craig put a lot of thought and effort in the job, and we are very pleased we went with him instead of others who were looking at the project without much imagination. When removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, instead of boxing it off, Craig followed the curved archway theme in other doorways so that it would match. It looks great. When pouring the step in the garage, he again followed the curve (his idea) for a great look.
