 + 0 moreIt was an easy process. I dealt with Melissa and Kent. They were absolutely wonderful loan officers. It was all clear and they wanted me to understand it and there wasn't anything hidden. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They were recommended by a former co-worker for refinancing a property I owned. We communicated by email 5-6 times and was told to contact them after I moved back to property and there would be no problem which I did 2-3 times. I received no reply at all. Nothing, not a peep. Since apparently there actually was some kind of problem in the 1st place I should not have been told there was no problem. Secondly the least that could have been done was send me a message telling me to forget it, take a long walk off a short pier, something instead of not a peep. Very unprofessional for a bank.

 + 0 moreThey refinanced my home quickly - in less than a month - and the banker I worked with was great. I only had to meet with them one time. The same gentleman who oversaw all of my paperwork also did my closing, which was made the process quick and easy. I also had the option to pay the fees up front or work them into the loan. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Overall, they made the refinancing process extremely easy.
Description of Work: They did all of the paper work needed to refinance my home. Currently, they are my mortgager, but in 30 days my mortgage will be passed off to another bank. They also handled the closing of my mortgage.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I were in the market for refinanacing our home and found Sally Burke at Pulaski Bank to be a wonderful source of information and guidance in finding the best refinance rate we could find in the area, here in St. Louis. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service, so far our closing is right on target the end of November, so far everything has been so smooth, our appraisal just came in today, and so far our appraisal fee is all we need up front at the closing. Sally made everything so stress free and easy for us to go through this process of refinancing our home.
Description of Work: Refinancing home mortgage rate. Sally Burke returned our call, and helped us with the paperwork, etc, of refinancing.

First off, I didn't think I was going to be able to get into a home because of a disability. If I documented what they wanted me to, I would surely be turned down. He was able to explain to me about this non-documentation loan and we were able to put it through. Brad was great at walking me through the whole deal and got me the loan.
