From first contact through delivery I was impressed with this company. John came to the house to make an accurate estimate and later delivered boxes and packing material. On moving day a team of friendly, polite, hard-working professional young men packed the truck in what seemed to me like a short time. I met Dan and his helpers at the storage unit at the set time, and the unloading was as efficient as the packing. Dan amazed me at how tightly he packed the unit to get everything in. He had great patience with me and the situation. From first phone contact to checking the lock on the storage unit, the whole process was as nearly stress-free as it could have been. I recommend them very highly!

They were very good. They were great on the end in St. Louis. They were perfect. The only thing was that on the way back in Los Angeles, one of the two guys did not have a serious attitude and was moaning, groaning and acting like I was a huge pain in the ass. The other guy was awesome and he was apologizing for the other guy. He was great. Their price was very good.

Both jobs went very smoothly. Their prices were very reasonable and their services were excellent.

They did knock off a knob the washing machine but I called and they came in and fixed it quickly.  The pricing was fair.  I had no problem with anything they did.  I would use them again unless I could find someone with a better price.  As far as I’m concerned they did a fine job.
