Description of Work: Tim McCaffrey installed an outdated program on Windows Seven and made it work. This program is a DOS-based program that I have used since 1994 to run my business. I have been trying for over 10 years to resolve this problem as my printers from the old system were breaking down. What Tim accomplished is nothing short of remarkable. I have talked with dozens and dozens of computer programmers and trouble-shooters and no one else even knew this was possible. The first company charged me aprox. $2500 and the second company aprox. half of that (I didn't pay the balance). The programs they wrote were garbage and nothing but wasted time and money. Recently I was quoted $15,000.00 by Skeleton Key (they wanted $3000.00 just to do an exploratory project as an initial part of the project) and $10,000.00 by another company to write a replacement program. Tim installed the old software and wrote some additional programs to make the printing possible. It took some serious work by Tim but it is working now. Tim saved me thousands of dollars and got the job done. I am extremely grateful to him. I think Tim is probably the most capable computer technician in St. Louis. (I asked many of his competitors if they knew how to do this project and none of them knew how to do it.)
