Tommy Doran was very friendly but professional. He knew the products well and took time to explain things. He and his worker arrived when they said they would, installed the window in less than half a day. They cleaned up after themselves and the window looks great. Tommy came back a week later to install the storm door. His price was very reasonable, less than other quotes I received.
