The gutters are coming off and he won't send the guy to do see about the job. He just says it's probably needs the fascia board replaced. If it was you would think he would see what needed to be done so he could charge me. The job was less than a year old at that time. Why didn't he send the gutter guy?? He is out of town. It took multiple calls to get him to answer approximately in November that the company went were it was warmer to work. He told me his guys did the roof and that was a lie, it was the gutter guy's who did the roofing. Before I saw the gutters coming off I talked to the gutter guy because David didn't pay him or make payment arrangements and he was going to put a lien on my house. The work done to the bedroom ceiling I could have done it was unprofessional. Don't work with his public adjusters either. They gave David the money and took their share and they did not make sure the bills got paid. Laurie Merrick was who started out as working for Precision Restoration and then moved into the role of adjuster with another fellow. When David came by my work one day he was driving a truck marked under the name of the public adjusters business. It seems very scam-ish. Get your own public adjuster people. Lesson learned. This year he has not called to take care of the guttering by sending his gutter guy out. Sad. He had good references ( I called them). It makes me wonder if there are personal issues that are making his references no good any more. Laurie said she just did public adjusting but when I looked on Craigslist they had published pictures of my roof without my permission and without compensation. Laurie Merrick also had a craigslist ad looking for roofers. Now if she is only a public adjuster why is she looking to hire roofers?? These to are incahoots together despite the appearance they are separate entities. They are only separate on paper. I do want to make sure you know that Laurie Merrick doesn't own the company but she was the person who came with the owner/adjuster and took over handling things after the death of the owner/adjuster. She is also the one hiring for another company to get roofers. Don't use these people.
