Pete is absolutely wonderful! He is pleasant to work with and went out of the way doing research and making sure that we purchased the correct systems for our unique and challenging set up. Not only did he come to the office over multiple weeks and made sure that everything was set up and working correctly, he made sure I was informed every step of the way and had a true understanding of what the set up was and how to troubleshoot it. Pete is now our "go-to" guy for any technical issue we come across we are more than happy with the quality of his work.

Cleaned up my malware ridden PC...hunting down even the most tenacious
items.
Took about 90 minutes. All problems...popups, slow start,
sluggish response, all things plaguing my 3-year old HP have been alleviated.
And...a plus...a really nice guy and not a hint of patronizing behavior.

Pete was excellent. He responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to come to my home within a few days of my request. He successfully and efficiently addressed all of my concerns and made a number of other recommendations regarding my network and set up. He was really really pleasant and very knowledgeable. In the past, I've dealt with "pc gurus" who spoke their own language and turned what I thought should be simple into something overly complicated. It was a real pleasure to have someone come in and fix the issues so that ease of use is better rather than more convoluted!

Pete was great! He came in to our office with what was expected to be a small job. To set up a new computer in our small office and address some existing printer trouble. When he arrived he quickly discovered that one of our main issues was that our network was wired completely wrong and a real mess. He was successful in troubleshooting our issues and was very knowledgeable and thorough. We would recommend him to other businesses.

It went very well - this is the second time we've used this provider because we were so happy with the service on another unrelated repair. A replacement keyboard was ordered from the manufacturer and installed. However that keyboard also didn't work. The service provider noticed that the failure of the second keyboard caused different problems than the original problem that brought the laptop in to begin with. The service provider notified us that the second keyboard appeared to have failed, and that he had contacted the manufacturer [Dell] and argued with them so that they would provide a 3rd keyboard. The 3rd keyboard arrived 5 days later, was installed and worked like a charm.
The service provider kept to his original estimate for the job - which included labor and parts, even though he had incurred much more time than he originally envisioned because of the need to contact the manufacturer and do the installation twice.

I am now able to stream video to my TV using my Roku 2 box. The stronger signal provides a much more enjoyable experience with excellent audio and video, including HD, without any jerkiness or annoying interruptions.
My Kindle Fire tablet connects to my WiFi more easily, allowing me to enjoy that device anywhere in my home.

Pete was awesome. Felt very comfortable with him and he was incredibly knowledgeable about all things networking. I was debating doing it myself but in the end I'm so glad I went with Pete. He was precise and competed the job without incident. If I ever have an issue with a computer or anything electronic for that matter I wouldn't hesitate to call Pete again!

In this case the Angie's List member did call back and I did remote in - at NO CHARGE - to make sure her Symantec software was working as should. I never charge for rework or charge more for after a job is done, unless additional work is requested. Therefore, I do feel this "C" rating is unfair, but it is what it is :-) Thank you. Pete responded quickly to my email inquiry and suggested how I might try to repair the computer myself. I couldn't fix it, so Pete came the next day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my computer. He's fabulous - I can't speak more highly about the experience.

Pete has been more effective than I had hoped for. His pricing is extremely reasonable - at one point I tried to spend more and he wouldn't let me! I don't easily trust people and Pete has repeatedly proven to deserve my trust. His service has exceeded my expectations with every interaction. He's a 'find' and a 'keeper.'

I asked Pete to recover some data from my PC which would no longer boot. I brought the PC to Pro PC Service, and Pete took a look at it right away. He determined what he would need to do to solve the problem and recovered the data by the next business day, sending me a link where I could download it conveniently.
Pete was very prompt and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I did, and didn't, need. His work was of great quality and was a great value. I am very likely to use him again soon and would certainly recommend him to others.

Pete answered many questions and offered advice as appropriate. He spent 4 hours in our house initially and helped me remotely with followup later. He's comfortable to work with and knowledgeable. He saved us from what could have been a very trying process (how would we have known the correct wireless settings for our antiquated cable box?). I recommend him highly, and I would call him again without question.

Pete responded promptly to my call- explained what was likely to happen, and we arranged a time for me to drop off the computer. He told me he would not work on the problem until that night. He called the following afternoon to say that the virus was not as bad as he expected it might have been. He installed a new virus protection program, and had removed the virus. No files were lost. I had the computer back within 48 hours. I'd definitely use him again (although hope I don't need to).

Pete was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient getting the job done. He was a real pleasure to work with and I would definitely use him again. We needed to improve a number of things related to our home wireless and wired network including areas of poor reception in the house and he solved all our problems for this. Also he cleaned up a 2 year old Dell desktop and a 6 year old Sony Laptop that I thought I was going to have to replace. He made it work practically like new, so that it now works very fast and I won't have to buy a new laptop.
All this and he is also a very friendly and pleasant guy to be around - he was in our house working for over 4 hours.

I spilled water on my laptop and thought I had lost everything! Turns out I only needed a new keyboard. Pete switched out the keyboard and tuned up the computer (without my even asking!). He was quick, reasonably priced and communicated well throughout the process.
