The service visit was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived on time with the needed part. The work was quickly completed with a minimum of disruption. I discovered a minor problem upon using the next morning that concerned the relative mix of hot versus cold water --- I will have this fixed on our next plumbing service by Plumbing Masters.

Our basement drain had been backing up for a couple months. We called and they came the next day to fix it. They not only cleaned it thoroughly, but took extra time to look at our pipes and give us detailed advice on how to better fix our plumbing. They were very professional and went above and beyond on a simple service call. We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs!

Just had them out for the first time. Very pleased. He was knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

We called Plumbing Masters when our basement drain stopped up and flooded the basement when we used the washer or kitchen sink. They came out the next day and tried for about an hour to clear the drain with no luck. The guy who came out said it looked like our stack would need to be replaced and they would need to dig out a few feet in the basement floor and gave us a quote on the spot. The quote seemed super reasonable and he seemed to know what he was doing and was confident in his assessment, so we said yes. They came out a few days later and within a day we had a new stack, new drain, they fixed our kitchen drain pipe, and new concrete was set in place. Everyone from Plumbing Masters we spoke with or dealt with was very nice, professional, and seemed very trustworthy. I will definitely call them first the next time I need plumbing work done.

The plumber that came to install the new water heater was prompt and treated my wife with respect . The water heater works great and the quality of the work is exceptional. Will definitely use them again.

We were very pleased that Larry, with Plumbing Masters, came to our home to do our repairs today. It was very convenient that Plumbing Masters was able to come out the same day we called. Larry is very personable and professional. He explained what the problems were and how he was going to repair them. He gave an accurate estimate for the work. Plumbing Masters is an honest company with hard working plumbers. We are very pleased and will definitely call them for any future repairs.

I have used this company twice now and both times they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Both times the plumber worked efficiently and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They are always punctual and have good availability as well.

They came out right away, and it was rusted, and they worked on it to get it unlocked, and they did not charge me for this. So I got a new disposal. And they got it installed, and they showed me the part of the old disposal where it was locked. They were very good. They charge me only for the labor but they didn't charge me for the service call.

My sewer backed up.It would have cost $150.00 but they gave me a $25.00 senior citizen discount. I thought they were very, very thorough. They routed out all my sewer lines for that price, I thought was good.?The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very helpful.?He explained things to me, maybe things I could do to avoid this in the future.?Then he also told me if it happens again, who to call or what kind of company to call.?He also told me about St. Louis County and they have plans in place for certain sewer problems, which I thought was nice. Everything they did was cleaned up, but I had to clean up the moisture.

On time and figured out the leak was coming from a hose under the sink that we had replaced a week ago. We had water shut offs installed for both bathrooms. Our house is over 40 years old and the shut off made leaks in other place in the pipes. He soldered a number of places that were leaking. He did a great job. We will call again when ever we need work done.

Employees from Plumbing Masters left with a noticeable gas leak. Called first thing next day & the person that answered actually said we'll try to send someone by by noon of that day, they were busy. When I protested an employee arrived within a half hour.

Plumber did both jobs in less than two hours and efficiently. Made appointment on Friday and they came Monday a.m. Total costs were comparable, parts included, to what some plumbers charge in an hour.

I'm incredibly impressed with this company. It's the first time I used them. It wasn't an emergency, but the office said there was someone in the area so he'd be here in a couple hours. And he was! The man who answered in the office was very nice and friendly. Brian installed it and was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. Price was very responsible. They will be first on my list when I need a plumber in the future. I highly recommend.

Aside from that, I asked them to look at the furnace and the man blew and cleared out a hose that was connected to his heating and air conditioning unit and that fixed that at least temporarily which he did not need to do. He did not charge. He went down and looked at it for me, so that was above and beyond. They were pretty reasonable as compared to others, I believe.

They were professional.

I've had them do quite a few things. I would recommend them. I got them because some girl I used to go to soft ball with 30 years ago, put on Facebook about them a few years ago and said, "If anybody needs a plumber, here it is." I called them and I used them a few times and I like them too.

I placed my call into Plumbing Masters at 9am, and they had someone arrive at my house by 11am for a non-emergency service call. My service from Journeyman Plumber, Brian Foust, was excellent! Brian was a great listener and utilized his 10 years of experience to identify the issues of the leaking pipe. Brian quickly addressed the issue and handled the job from start to finish in a very timely and professional manner. In addition to finding and fixing the leaking pipe, Brian investigated a dishwasher overflowing issue and tightened the shower handle apparatus as he was concerned water could be leaking through there as well. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for plumbing services at a fair price and from experienced and professional people.
