CALLED PLUMBING DOCTORS LLC TO HAVE WORK DONE. YOUNG MAN SHOWED UP AND PERFORMED WORK. AT TIME OF BILLING, DISCOVERED HE WAS FROM A COMPANY CALLED DISTINCTIVE PLUMBING WITH NO OFFICE ADDRESS, JUST A P.O. NUMBER AND A TELEPHONE (314)565-0346. I WOULD NEVER HIRE A REPAIR COMPANY WITHOUT AN OFFICE.

BRUCE MAYHEW WAS VERY TIMELY. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE CALLED 30 MINUTES AHEAD, AS I HAD REQUESTED ALLOWING ME TO REMAIN AT WORK UNTIL HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO THE HOUSE, NO NEED TO STAY AT HOME ALL DAY. HE CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. HE CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER THE JOB AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WILL BE GETTING HIM FOR SOME OTHER PLUMBING WORK IN THE HOUSE.
