The staff is always friendly and attentive when I am in their store. There is a great variety of furniture and accessories at reasonable prices. I picked out the headboard and they delivered and installed it perfectly. I usually look for a salesman named Robert to help me. He is so attentive and doesn't bother you when you are looking around.

AFTER WAITING FOR THE SALES PERSON TO FINISH UP WITH A CUSTOMER WE WERE FINALLY HELPED. THE SALES PERSON WAS OKAY BUT LACKED SOME KNOWLEDGE REGARDING PRODUCT AND DELIVERY.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONICA AND SHE WAS ABLE TO LOCATE EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. SHE IS GREAT WITH FOLLOW UP. I HAD SHOPPED AT SEVERAL BIG NAME STORES AND THIS WAS BY FOR THE BEST BUY. MY HUSBAND HAS KNOWN THE PHILLIP'S BROTHERS FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSMEN.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL TO PICK AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER FOR ALL MY STEREO & TV EQUIPMENT. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE SHOWED ON TIME AND WERE FRIENDLY.
