Pet Peeve Property Maintenance, LLC

At first, it went well. He was very courteous and prompt. We confirmed price and we scheduled a delivery date. I had to coordinate with another firm to help us move the materials when he arrived. He called to tell him his trailer wheel broke and that it would take him a couple hours. Then he called to say it was going to happen the next day because it was getting too late. I rescheduled the other contractors I was working with. He then lets me know the following day that he can only do it in the afternoon because he has a meeting with his Mayor. At this point, I'm okay with the situation and he says he will be by in the afternoon. I have to reschedule the other contractors again. He then texts me that a tree fell down in the street for his city and he has to take care of it, that it will have to be Monday , sorry for the incovenience, he understands if I dont want it. I respond and let him know Monday is fine. I follow up with him to find out if he is coming on Monday because its a holiday. No response. I leave two voicemails, no response. Im assuming he changed his mind, but have no idea. I feel this is completely unprofessional to waste my time and the time of other contractors after confirming and rescheduling on numerous occasions.
