Service and responsiveness was excellent, provided professional, prompt service at MUCH less cost than other heating/cooling companies who quoted on the same job

Perkins HVAC came recommended to me by a friend who has used them before and knows the owner. I called Jim, the owner of and told him that I was having trouble with my home unit. He came out the next day, went over my home unit and told me it may work a bit longer but was definitely on its last leg, this didn't surprise me, the unit was 14 years old. Jim gave me a price quote of $3443 for the instillation. Jim said he would be out the next day to do the work. The next day they showed up at 8 am and spent a few hours installing the new unit . I would occasionally stick my head in to see how things were going and I can say there was no messing around. He got the job done, did it correctly with craftsmanship (duct work) and attention to detail. After all was said and done the final bill was exactly what he quoted me. I have been using the unit for about 2 months and everything has been perfect. I feel that Jim is a honest guy who does the best for his clients. I will use Perkins HVAC from now on without hesitation.
