Mary was always pleasant to work with, had her homework done every time it needed it done, and continues to check up on us even after we've bought the house.  She knows the turf, having done this for the last 12 years, and unlike several other agents we interviewed, is a superb listener.  She was also very patient with our near-failed attempts to bring along our baby when house hunting (don't do this).  We were first-time home buyers, but she let us guide the process as our vision evolved. Perhaps in a few cases more guidance would have helped since we were new to the process, but we never felt rushed or pushed, or encouraged or discouraged, but always supported. In the end we bought a place very different from what we thought we would, but we're loving it.

Pat knew the market well, priced it correctly, walked me thru the entire process, provided great suggestions and sold my home.  It was a pleasure to do business with Pat.  If I ever move back to the St. Louis area, I'll be looking for a home in Webster Groves or Kirkwood and will use Pat as my agent!

Pat was one of the agents from whom I requested a visit and a proposal. It was obvious she had done her research - did not inflate comparables - truly found those that were close. She helped me set a fair asking price. She offered suggestions/contractors for additional work to be done prior to going on the market, went on the market when I requested, patiently walked me thru the process as a first time home seller, and got results! She was always there when I needed her; when items popped up as a result of the buyers' inspection she helped me find contractors to do the work. She was my rock in a very stressful time in my life.

She is currently working to sell my home, as well as help me purchase a new one. Since she has taken over, there have been lots of showings and brought in lots of traffic. I would recommend her to others.
