Joe Schmersahl was very nice to deal with, though there was a communication problem that probably originated with the siding company who ordered the front door. He negotiated with the manufacturer for me, visiting my home with the manufacturer's representative. When a new front door was seriously delayed in arriving, he did his best to alleviate my dissatisfaction.
