The guys arrived 10 minutes early and thoroughly detailed the process they use to clean. They were polite, friendly and very professional. When they were done, my carpets smelled wonderful! They were dry very quickly and were very soft and clean. I will definitely call them again. Wonderful company!

We were very pleased with our experience! Our technician was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough in her efforts. She worked around existing furniture, took the initiative to move a sectional couch to ensure no stains underneath, and took extra care to prepare and clean the stairs/landing. We couldn’t be happier!

No noticeable improvement in cleanliness or smell of furniture. The upholstery looks a little wrinkled and roughed up. Paid extra for odor treatment. Providers were friendly and prompt.

The young man who came was rather new to the role. He was certainly polite and well trained in "customer relations". But, the results seem to suggest he could have spent more time cleaning the carpets and less time selling up. The carpet cleaning - in the end - was just adequate.

It went well, but there were areas that did not get clean, which were visible after the carpets dried. They returned and re-cleaned them. Carpets now look good.
