They did a fabulous job. Couldn't be happier. I had them com e back this year to replace an old back patio. Looks great.

Todd was the only contractor to show up on schedule. He provided a detailed bid and answered all of my questions. The work went well and the new retaining wall and patio look outstanding.

Quick response did a great job

Excellent, very pleased with the work. We felt the workmen were well qualified and accepted only professional work. They were very good at recommending a design, which was different then what we had, materials and plantings, most of which we would not have known of without their recommendations. One plant did die and was replaced under their warranty. Would highly recommend, we felt they were well worth it even if not the least expensive.

The project was phase II of master plan to hardscape the entire back yard area of our CWE townhouse. I had planned on utilizing the contractor who designed and installed the original planting beds and paver patio. Turns out however the owner relocated outside the St. Louis area and now only offers design services. Looking for options my wife visited the OCD booth at the annual Home Show and shortly thereafter made the initial request for a proposal. The appointment was set and the estimator (Adam) arrived on time. Following a discussion about the scope and objectives of our project we received a quote then compared with a competing contractors then chose OCD based on price, Angie's List A rating, and scheduling flexibility. Considering the short notice in what is a Landscape Contractors peak season where you have to work around rain days we were pleasantly surprised to get a call within two weeks that they were ready to begin the work. A total of 3 days to excavate sod and topsoil in area of several hundred square feet, fill and compact the limestone base, and install the pavers. There were several challenges mainly around tying in the new section with the existing patio without making it look like an add on and a lot of tricky stone cutting to make it flow properly. This was accomplished masterfully and you are only able to see where the old and new sections join with the slightly different shade of the older, sun bleached and weathered pavers which I expect to even out over time. Outdoor Creative Design is a first rate Landscape company with professional staff across the board from administrative to design/installation. Every question and concern was addressed immediately, work done skillfully, and communication was straightforward and respectful. Overall based on the experience, our cost, and the end result I'll use the services again and would highly recommend them to others.

I would say they are extremely fast, personable and thorough. Everything has been fantastic about them. I would definitely use them again.

It was a positive experience. They were careful to leave my doors open because of my dogs and I appreciated that. They were conscientious. Their work was okay. They do what they are supposed to do.

Their price was very reasonable and they were very knowledgeable. We have more than just an ordinary retaining wall in the backyard. It looks like it has always been there with a lot of big stones and there is a creek, a fountain and a pool. It goes for a long way. There were a lot of places that needed to be softened up and so they came in to landscape the whole area. They are very professional and young. They have been around for maybe three to four years. We thought that their bid was competitive. They were recommended to us. They were very responsive. We had a whole bunch of different plantings. They gave us a binder on everything they planted, where they planted it, what the care information is on the plants and also a picture of the plants. You can do that in today’s world pretty easily with the internet, but they did it for us. So, I thought that was really nice to have that and I was really impressed with that. We would use their services in the future too. In fact, they are going to come back in the spring to do our front yard and to plant perennials.
