I wanted to be available during the service, but the owner called on a Sunday evening asking to start the next day not leaving time to make myself available. The equipment damaged my lawn, they did not remove all dead branches that were hanging. When the owner came to collect, he did not have a receipt, but promised to send via mail. I'm still waiting!

"[Member Name Removed] Lets set the story straight. 1st you were advised at the time of the estimate about the equipment that would be in your yard. 2nd we didn't use the lift like we planned because of limited access. 3rd since the tree had to be climbed we took out way more than was discussed in the scope of work. 4th our agreement stated you would pay via credit card over the phone, when you changed your mind and had me drive 35 minutes to your home to get a check. 5th you never asked for a receipt at that time or else you would of had it at that day. Every truck I have carry receipt books. Then you waited two weeks to even request a receipt. Please stop with your lies!"

Nick came out to give us a quote on trimming a couple trees and removing one. In evaluating the trees, Nick discovered that one tree was rotting form the inside out and recommended we remove it. The quote was reasonable and a date/time was scheduled. Nick and his crew arrived on time and had all work completed (including grinding one stump) and debris cleared in one day. Nick and his crew were extremely pleasant, answered all questions, and I'd highly recommend them!
