They were prompt. It just wasn’t effective. We found that we were better at setting traps ourselves.

They communicate well with the customer, identifying problem areas and how the customer can be proactive. They are thorough and effective.

They do a fabulous job. I pay $200 a year for termite protection and for the normal spraying; it is $30 every two months. They are just good at their job. I have no bug problem; but when I do, I just call them and they just come out to take care of it. Their price is comparable to other pest control service.
