I have been a practicing attorney for thirteen years but recently left a firm to start my own practice. I was used to secretaries, paralegals, office managers and IT people to take care of the office things. I now had to all of this myself and was struggling to keep things organized and design and follow office procedures. Margie Andersohn worked with me to overhaul my entire office and develop a system for physical files and to determine cost-effective methods of outsourcing administrative tasks to suit the dynamics of my growing business.
