I ordered a file cabinet. It was delivered promptly.
The problem was that the cabinet delivered was in damaged condition. The box it was delivered in was not opened for maybe six months. (That was our error, not inspecting the merchandise immediately.)
The national Office Max wanted nothing to do with this. It took several months to finally get a response from the local on-site manager.
We had to pay to have the damaged file cabinet returned to Office Max. (We also had to find a company to deliver it. That took more time and aggravation.)
I appreciate that Office Max worked with us on the problem. The manager was reasonable. But the problem still cost us another $50.
