Per our agreement the company was to provide excavating in front of the garage for a concrete pad to be completed after the garage construction; he packed up his tools and equipment leaving the area with zero water runoff and full of water to where other concrete contractors will not touch the job due to the poor excavating.
"I returned to this customers house several times to fix his drainage issue even tho or original contract had nothing to do with grading. My obligation was to build the garage and he was going to take care of the grading and driveway. but again i did grade this customers area it try and make him happy. but in the end after many attempts and extra time and money spent i could not make him happy."
