My father (who had driven from out of town to visit) thought his car was leaking oil or transmission fluid. Brad, the mechanic cleaned the area and discovered a rusted and leaking power steering return line leaking power steering fluid. He disassembled the underside of the engine in order to remove the leaking line, installed the new line and reassembled the vehicle. Then he road-tested the vehicle to check for leaks. Although he had a hassle with finding the correct part (he ended up on the phone to Hyundai before they figured out they'd sent him the wrong part) he honored his original estimate. Once he had the correct part, Brad got the job finished in a jiffy. My dad was very impressed and I will definitely take my car there the next time I have trouble - super personable and professional. We even received a thank you card from the owner a few days later - a really great touch! I would highly recommend!!

After finding the problem Oakville Automotive called me with the diagnosis and the cost of repairs. I had previously taken my car to Auto Zone and their computer said it was a fuel flow valve problem. After checking several posts on the automobile mfg. web site I learned this was not a cheap fix and was prepared for bad news. Oakville Automotive discovered the exact cause and requirements to fix the problem. I could tell they felt bad for the cost but they explained everything they had to do along with the labor requirements to get the job done. I authorized the repair and they completed the work as promised. They discovered another problem with the airbag system that was unrelated to my original repair and told me the cost and suggested I check to see if their was a recall on that issue. Sure enough their was a recall and it was repaired by the dealer at no cost to me. I would use this company again. They communicated well, they were friendly and I could tell they wanted me to be satisfied with their work. Thanks to them my car is running fine.

They are very polite, their prices are very reasonable and they always have free loaner vehicle for me. I had so many problems with my van that they know me by my first name.
