I was helped right away. The gentleman assisting me was very friendly. He showed me the different thicknesses of the plexiglass, took the measurements I provided him and calculated an estimate right away. He cut the plexiglass to the proper dimensions while I waited. All in all it took about 10 minutes. Very friendly and very efficient service.

We have decorative glass on both sides of our front door. About six inches in front of the inner decorative glass is a wooden panel that has Plexiglas in it and acts as sort of a storm window for the decorative glass. One day I decided I needed to remove the Plexiglas panels and wash the front of the decorative glass. When I removed the outer panel I cracked the Plexiglas. After several failed attempts at replacing the cracked Plexiglas on my own I took the wooden panel to Oak Hill True Value. The store employee was quick to assist me. He was friendly and professional. When I explained my problem he told me they could cut the Plexiglas to fit and install it in the panel and apply a seal to it. The work was done within the specified time period. It looked even better than it looked before I cracked the Plexiglas. Overall a great experience.
