I wanted the call center not to be based in St. Louis so that if there is a natural disaster they wont be affected. Salesman talked me OUT of stuff that he thought was overkill and recommended by the other companies I had give me an estimate. My service includes burglar and fire alarm service and my monthly charge is under $20. Best price by far and I have had one service call and it was $30 and it was not because the service didn't work I just wanted to make it less sensitive to my smoke alarm. Very pleased. Cheapest BY FAR and I interviewed 5 companies.

I used them for about eight years. I did not feel like I get a lot of support from them so I decided to change service provider. They were not very responsive to my calls. They would tell me that so and so is not there, he will be back next week, and he is the one I could ask.

Overall we are very pleased with the service. The monitoring company has been outstanding and called us promptly when we accidentally set off the alarm when it was first installed. Matthew Stanley has been very prompt in responding to any questions or problems we have had.
The only negative experience we have had is the alarm beeping during the night, indicating there is system trouble. The first time this happened was the afternoon and evening prior to a vacation. I tried to contact someone at Pac Security all afternoon and the next morning, with no response. The alarm beeped all night and kept us awake, even though I tried to silence it using the instructions in the manual. Matthew did respond after we left town and met my sister at our house to try to fix the system. He apologized and was nice enough to give me his cell phone number in the event this would happen again. It did occur again recently and I received an e-mail from him stating that he is working on the problem and I believe that he will solve it, even if it means replacing some of our equipment.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Matthew Stanley.

After a break-in, I was looking for an alarm system. They came out and talked with me, no pressure sales. I arranged for installation. Both appointments they were about 45 minutes late. Some cleanup was done, but not the best. I am very happy with the system and feel I did get good service. I got the window stickers I asked for, but I am still waiting for my yard sign.

Mr. Stanley was very responsive without being pushy (I appreciated both qualities very much). We had quite a few questions, which he answered thoroughly. We corresponded a few times before we made a decision and he was always accommodating. Installation was smooth and occurred without a hitch.

Their prices are very reasonable and they do not require you to sign a contract. I have always dealt with the owner and he is a very sensible and skilled person. This is a more personal company and I like this and the fact they offer ways to improve the security of my home. Price reflects quarterly fee.

My neighbor recommended Matthew. He had updated the alarm system in her house. He appeared knowledgable about alarm systems and was courteous. He and his assistant was came out within the week and updated the system including installing two new keypads. When it comes to efficient billing/returning phone calls, it seems there could be an improvement in office organization and communication. I would recommend Matthew at PAC to my friends and family.
