When the crew came to do the work, they were all nice and I'd be happy to have them do work in the future, but I took a point off of professionalism because they left a little trash sitting around my house and cigarette butts around the outside where they were doing the work. This wasn't a huge deal. It only took a couple minutes to clean up, but it seems a bit unprofessional to leave litter on customer's property. In the end though, I'll happily put up with a bit of trash to have good guys doing the work.
About a month later, I had an HVAC issue on a Saturday and put in an online request. I got a very quick response. Bob showed up, diagnosed it very quickly, and fixed it at no charge (it was a pretty minor issue).
So far I've been happy with everyone at Niksic and plan to continue using them.
