This was not the first time we had used this provider. Always find them to be prompt, attentive to details, neat and provide great results. Will be having them back next time we need carpets or furniture cleaned.

Great carpet cleaning. He did all the carpets in our house and now everything looks new. The carpets are almost ten years old but still look fantastic due to Niewald's work. I found them 8 years ago, and have used them ever since. We have a dog, and yet these carpet cleanings have kept things looking wonderful. Steve Niewald did the cleaning himself this time, but I have had other people from his company here too, and they were great too.

The entire experience was outstanding. When I called, Niewald had an appointment available in a few days' time. The crew was about 30 minutes late, but the crew chief called to let me know and I really appreciated that. The crew was extremely professional, polite, and focused. They completed the entire job in about 2.5 hours. A couple days later I had some marks on the basement carpet and Niewald came back within a day to re-clean the marks without charging me. I tried to pay but the team member wouldn't let me! I recommend Niewald to all my friends and family.

The guy that really is good is Lou Watson, he is super. Steve Niewald is the owner. I am a picky customer and they are very good. Very fair price, very honest, very punctual. I can't say enough about them.

I have been using Steve's company for 10 years. He is an outstanding professional with affordable rates and stellar service. Had a bit of an emergency and Steve squeezed us in to his schedule on very short notice. I would highly recommend his company.

We had some very soiled carpeting in our family room as a result of a difficult to house train new puppy. We were particularly upset because the carpeting was only a few months old. However Niewald did an amazing job - the carpet looked as good as new!

Prompt, courteous, took care to put towels down on my hardwood floor where the hose was laying. Explained what he was doing. The carpets look great. By far the least expensive of about 5 or so places I called. I would use them again.

Good experience. The carpeting was 6 years old and had never been cleaned. He did a good job of getting up the stains and restoring the carpet.

This guy was incredible. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He got out a stain I thought impossible. They are great.
