Nexgen Metal Roofing

Things were good for two years. than we developed a leak in our front bay window from one of the valley pans. They came and to find the leak even to replace some of the underlayment and the valley pan. They stopped the original leak but another one showed with the next rain storm about ten feet into our living room. They came again and tried to repair the leak and removed and reinstalled sections of the roof now we have leaks all over the front of our roof from holes in the underlayment from screw holes. We had a 10 year labor warranty and we are into only four and a half years and nobody shows up.

We couldn't be happier. April weather is iffy in the St. Louis area, so scheduling for three rain-free days was tricky, but they arrived on time, worked fast, and did a beautiful job.  We had to withdraw the funds from a couple of retirement accounts, but NexGen accepted odd amounts of money at irregular intervals instead of the schedule outlined on the contract. The roof has a lifetime waranty (not pro-rated) which is transferable to the next owner for 50 years. There is supposed to be some extra insulation value to save on energy bills, but the roof hasn't been on long enough for us to evaluate that. The price was about 50% more than we were quoted for a 20 year asphalt shingle roof. This is almost certainly the last roof this house will ever have. We highly recommend NexGen.
