Generally they feel whatever they do. any rework is not there responsibility No matter if they
didn't do it right Almost have to have a judge decide who is right or wrong EVEN THOUGH THE OBVIOUS PREVAILS!!!

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC; TODD NEU IS EASY TO WORK WITH; BEING NON-UNION HIS AVAILABILITY OF SUBCONTRACTORS MAY BE LIMITED. EXCAVATION WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF SITE & USE OF ONLY ONE SUB.
