My husband has ordered roses for Valentines Day from Netties 2 years in a row. He had them delivered on Feb. 13th, because last year, they never delivered his order and he was told that they were too busy to get to him. When the flowers arrived this year, I noticed that they were fully opened. Two days later several of them are dead looking and losing their petals. They obviously sent flowers to me well past their prime. Last year, when I did not receive my flowers on Valentines Day, my husband called 3 times during the day to ask where they were. The woman he talked to was very rude and told him she had no information as to when any flowers would be delivered. She refused to let him talk to anyone else. Flowers never arrived. Later, when he asked for a credit, I received an old tired flower arrangement as an apology. It was obviously something they had sitting around that they couldn't sell. Not the pleasurable experience they promise on their website!

THEY GAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR FLOWERS AND THEY DID THAT.
