NEED COMPUTER HELP?

I left Mr Mutchler an email in the evening of Aug 25, 2014, and by 10:40 AM on Aug 26, 2014, he responded that he would be in the area and asked if he could come then. He came after a visit to another individual in Ballwin.
Mr. Mutchler arrived at the expected time, and within an hour had my computer working at maximum efficiency. He removed several competing software programs which were slowing the computer's efficiency, enabled several programs which had somehow been disabled, and ran diagnostics. He offered me good advice on how to keep the computer at maximum efficiency and answered scores of questions I had regarding software programs---which internet security programs and anti-malware programs were in his estimation the best at preventing future problems with viruses, hackers, worms, unwanted cookies, etc. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to take all of my questions as a matter of fact. I felt his charges for his services were very reasonable.
I definitely will call Mr. Mutchler again. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will also mention him to family and friends in the neighborhood who need computer services within the Ballwin, West County area.

My laptop crashed, and I called him for advice. By phone, he offered some suggestions for me to try myself. Then, when I was unable to repair the problem, he came and picked up the laptop, took it to his office and promised to call within 48 hours. When he was unable to repair the problem (damaged sectors on the hard drive which had become unreadable), he admitted it and returned the computer to me at no charge. He referred me to a local merchant for a reasonably priced replacement unit.

Steve helped us get rid of a virus on our computer on one occasion, and tranferred all data to a new computer on another occasion. In both situations, he did an excellent job and was available for follow up to make sure everything was working properly. I felt his price was fair and he was very responsive.

He provided a complete and accurate estimate with lots of details that I really appreciated. It was easy to schedule the times when he came out. He was completely available by phone or email for my follow-up questions.

Steve was very prompt in answering calls, even if he was out of town. He kept all appointments, even during the holiday season. He made three trips to our house, plus provided service from his location. He is very professional and reasonably priced.
