The plumber came to the house and fixed the waste arm from the disposal under my sink.
Back in March they did the same waste arm fix AND installed a disposal at my condo for $98. This time the bill i got for doing less work was $304.11.
On this visit they fixed only the waste arm at my house and charged $234 in labor, $30.11 for parts, $30 for a "truck charge" and $10 for "fuel surcharge". It took 2 days back and forth on the phone for them to eliminate the truck and fuel charge and cut in half the parts. They didn't say anything about the labor and it's taken several weeks to even get the bill. You cannot pay at the time of service.
Doing less work this time resulted in a bill 3 times as much. The plumber himself was awesome and he does great work. However, I will not use Murphy ever again. Shame to lose a good customer.
