The work was terrible. They were over an hour late upon arrival. I was told I would receive $100 credit, never received credit. Not one mark or scuff was removed from the flooring. The stain wasn't flush with the walls. There are stain streaks and globs of stain. They got stain on carpets, doors and door jams. It was a month ago and the finish is already starting to come off in areas. I have made dozens of calls with no response. The office staff is unhelpful. The manager Kevin finally came out to look and told me they would put a finishing piece around the area to cover the fact that the stain didn't go out to the walls. That was done by adding a bright white piece up against wood base boards. I have asked for full refund of money for work, with no response. In dispute with credit card company.

The team from Mr. Sandless arrived early and started right in to work. They were very careful and explained exactly what they would be doing. We were able to walk on the new floors that night. I highly recommend their service.

I was told that the process used would remove surface scratches, clean and shine our 70 year old hardwood. The floors look much better without the "pain" of typical hardwood refinishing that involves sanding. But scratches are still visible.

Wonderfully! I was constantly amazed at Justin, Zach and Matt's dedication and attention to detail. They treated my old floors as if they were theirs. My Mr. Sandless team spent hours on each small floor. The results were a total turn around.
