Property Management
I started using her in July of 2011. She started calling me to get things repaired so I flew down there. Upon arriving, she failed to return any of my calls, my texts, or emails. The tenants weren’t able to get ahold of her either. I was so frustrated with this service and that I searched around for another property manager to help me. I think that this upset her so she just didn’t deposit the rent. I gave her a 30 day termination notice, and she hasn’t returned any of the money I deposited. I am submitting this feedback to warn others to stay away from Ronda Booher and Mosier T L Properties.
