I didn't like the way they cleaned and they cleaned so slow. An hour they spent in the bathroom. Then, two of them were in the master bathroom. I just didn't like the way they cleaned.

Absolutely the worst customer service/cleaning service I have ever experienced. Do your research of this company before making an appointment. I made the mistake of going off of a few 5 star reviews. After more research I found a ton of negative reviews by customers who experienced the same service. We scheduled Molly Maid to do a deep clean of our new home and instead walked in to a home partially cleaned. There were many areas untouched and some that looked like they cleaned half the surface and then stopped. I contacted the company and never received any phone calls or emails even though they swear up and down they called and left a message. Instead of providing good customer service they insisted they were in the right and I was in the wrong even though I had many pictures showing them the areas that were uncleaned. They apparently went over on time also which makes me wonder what these girls were really doing in my home for the whole 3.5hrs they were there.

We tried to contact you to fix any concerns you had, however you would not call us back. We were surprised that you told the Better Business Bureau that we did not call you back. As you know, the BBB stopped their inquiry regarding your complaint after we provided them with telephone recordings of our attempts to fix any concerns you have. We provided 7 hours of labor in your home (3.5 hours of team time). In good faith, we reduced the fee to 5 hours of labor. As you know, the BBB felt this was a very fair resolution. We are sad that you feel justified to continue your efforts to receive a free service."

I recently purchased a property that the previous owner did not clean prior to closing. I hired Molly Maids to deep clean both floors of the building. I mentioned that my main concern were the floors, window sills, and floor boards. I asked them to focus on that more than anything. They were at my home for 4 hours and I came home to 5 people in my home as opposed to the original 3 that showed up. I was charged more than my original quote. They cleaned one bathroom satisfactorily. Several rooms they didn't even touch. I was furious. I called 3 different times and was told I needed to speak to the owner. I called a fourth time and filled out a review sent to me by their company for feedback and no one has ever called me back. It was a big job but they were aware of that from my initial phone call and when I spoke to them to show them the property which is why I said forget everything else except for floors, floor boards, and window sills. I cannot believe I had to pay $400 for garbage work. I could have done it by myself in two hours and actually had it done right. I truly have no clue what all those people were doing in my house for 4 hours and things were barely touched if touched at all. I'm a reasonable person -- had someone actually called me back to talk about any of this I wouldn't have left such a negative review but clearly they don't GAF so neither do I.

Arrived over two hours late. No explanation as to lateness. Bathroom floors were not touched. Back of range was cleaned but top and front were not. I called the office re arrival time and sub par cleaning. No response. Called regarding time of second apt and was told that they had it scheduled incorrectly for the following week. At that point I canceled.

It was wonderful. We got two ladies both named Heather. They arrived and got right to cleaning. Should I need a deep cleaning again, I will for sure call Molly Maids first!

They arrived on time. I showed them the rooms I wanted them to tackle first & if we had time I would ask them to do the other rooms that needed thorough cleaning (I wasn't sure what time my family would get back home). They scrubbed everything & worked very hard in the kitchen, bathroom, living room & it shined. Their attention to detail was amazing. They had time to do the dining room & 2 bedrooms also and they shined as well. They were very nice & professional also. I personally have used Molly Maid in my home for a couple of years & I knew I would be extremely pleased with their job. They go above & beyond my expectations and when I need them to do additional cleaning they do whatever I ask & do it very well.
They also work around your schedule & do their very best to schedule a time that is good for you. In this case time was crucial since this was a surprise gift for my sister & brother-in-law's 45th anniversary.
Thank you so much Molly Maid - they loved their gift!

We've been using Molly Maids for over a year now and they clean our first floor every other week and then the basement once a month. They do an excellent job. They don't talk on their phones like we had with a previous maid service at a different address. They make sure they dust mop under any furniture that they can get to. Their attention to detail is excellent annd we get the same cleaning crew every time unless they are on vacation. Love the fact that they wear uniforms and present themselves in a very professional manner!

I have used Molly Maid's services for several years. They do a very good job of cleaning my home once a month. Sometimes they forget that I've asked them to be done before 3 p.m. (this is a problem because my husband comes home from work then.) However, when I have called them about any issue, they have ALWAYS been responsive and helpful. They also are very concerned if even the most trivial item I own is damaged in any way. Overall, I am very pleased with the job they do.

I disliked everything about Molly Maid. The lady who was supposed to clean, did not clean, she dusted the floor instead of mopping. She used dry cloth over the floor and I called the company and told them about it and she left early. I had paid them for 2 hours and she didn't even work for 2 hours. One of them was nice and the other one was not and they were not professional. I have used them before and they did a good job that is why I used them again. The ladies who have come before have done a good job.

"We are disappointed that you were not satisfied with the service. We remember the service well. You worked with the team on portions of the home, which may have caused some confusion. For example, you swept the floors with a broom which does not properly prepare the floors for cleaning. I am surprised that you did not like the cleaners. They reported that then were distracted with you staying with them and sharing personal information with them. The team reported that some extras were done, like cleaning the picture window. We track our car with GPS. The team spent the correct amount of time at your home. When you called the office with concerns we offered to return to your home on the next business day and offered you a discount on the service, which you refused. Again, I am sorry we were not able to satisfy you on this clean."

We came home from work to find that the bathroom floors weren't even swept and the counter tops weren't thoroughly wiped down. The living room floors were barely touched. I was up all night re-cleaning everything for the party. Needless to say, I have no idea what two people did for two hours, since I could have done what they did in less than 30 minutes myself, or what my money went to pay for.
Additionally, when I called to share my disappointment in the service with the local office my the customer service representative was outright rude to me, challenging nearly everything I told him about the service. When I told him that I intended to pass my concern about the overall service to the parent company, he literally mocked me before hanging up on me. As I found out when I called the parent company, the local offices are independently owned and operated, and there's nothing the national corporate office can do other than note the problem. No wonder he didn't care about treating me as a valued customer. I certainly won't be a returning one - that's for sure!

"Customer stated that the maximum that would be paid would be $120. The average fee for a 1600 sq foot home with 2 bathrooms is between $150 - $180. We had a strong team in the home ... the home was dirty. The fee should have been $180. We quarantee our customers' satisfaction, if they are willing to pay for the service."

The swept/mopped all the floors. They gave the kitchen and bathroom very good clean ups as they were in need of it. Just watch the billing. They billed me for two hours but in actuality they were only there 1 3/4 hours. They are supposedly sending me a check back for the difference.
