Mills Construction

I had noticed water dripping from my ceiling where an old wood burning stove had been connected at one time. Mills construction came out first thing monday morning and evaluated the problem which was the flashing on the old chimney. I have had this problem before and different companies had come out and just sealed the flashing but it kept reoccurring. Nick recommended removing the chimney and placing plywood and new shingles to fix the problem for good. Then i waited for the bomb to drop with some outrageous price. I was presently surprised with their offer of 360$ to remove the chimney, patch the roof and caulk all other areas of the roof. It was too cold to be done immediately and there was no rain in the forecast so the repair was put off a week or so. As soon as the temperature hit 30 they were out fixing the roof. Only took about 2.5 hours and everything was done, cleaned up and the chimney was hauled away. The work was excellent snd i would recommend yhem to any one.
