Some work was pretty good, some not.  Regarding painting - Some areas were missed or not done well and required re-work.
I do not plan to use them again.

They have some beautiful homes and I moved here in July of 2009. I had some sewer problems and water issues in my yard during the first weekend I was here. After contacting the contractor I called Rotor Rooter because he said it was now my responsibilty. They identied that the pipes were all crushed below ground. I was a bit bothered that within 2 days of moving into my home he insisted the responsibility was on me. He did reimburse what I had to pay to Rotor Rooter a few weeks later but that left me with a bit of concern about my ongoing relationship with this contractor and warranty with them. I have siding, improper sink installation, caulking and lack of caulking, roofing issues that are allowing moisture to intrude. I'm sure they'll live up to my warranty but I'm contracting an Inspector to help me to assess what I need to address with the contractor as I'm not knowledgable about all of the things I might need to know. My inspector came out March 5th, I paid him it and he was excellent. The contractors have contacted me and started some repairs. Their customer service has been horrible. When the contractor reimbursed me the monies for the rooter service they initially told me they would mail it to me. A week went by, I had not got it yet. They finally told me I could pick it up at their office. I knocked on their door, they shut the door in my face after giving the check. They do such great work but seems as though they don't always care. They made electrical repairs, pieces missing from my windows, fixing other things. I told them I thought I should be reimbursed for the inspection. If I had not hired him I wouldn't have figured this out. I went through several things from the inspection with him and he seemed to continue dismissing them and minimizing them. They also told me other aspects of it were maintenance issues. They were not issues from me living here, they should have been completed initially. They are still attempting to fix other items. We are currently waiting on pieces on my window.
