They are good. They are responsive and they do a good job cleaning our pool. I had tried to get some estimates on getting some work done on the pool. But they have been busy doing the regular pool servicing. So they haven’t been responsive in getting back to me for an estimate for repairs. Otherwise cleaning and servicing my pool has been good. I would recommend them for the weekly pool service and for opening the pool.

They have done everything for me. They will help me in emergencies. They are very flexible and have helped me by signing a one month pool service contract.

They were fine for opening. Closing was fine but then I noticed that the pool cover that they put on was leaking massively. I called and they said they would come out but a month later, I am still waiting. They also did not get back to me on another issue after two to three requests. The bottomline is if you just need opening or closing, they may be satisfactory. If you need anything else, you will need a different company.

ON MONDAY, MAY 2, WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT CLOSING MY POOL, SINCE IT WON'T BE USED, PETER INFORMED ME THAT POOL OPENINGS WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER POOL CLOSINGS. HE THOUGHT THEY COULD GET OUT SOME TIME DURING THE NEXT WEEK. HE TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID HE WOULD CALL FIRST BEFORE SENDING SOMEONE OUT. TODAY IS MAY 17. I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM MIDWEST POOL.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY HAVE EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS ON MY OWN. THEY DO NOT PRESSURE ME TO DO THINGS THAT I CAN DO MYSELF. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY. THEY ARE NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE PRICE GIVEN IS FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON INCLUDING OPENING, CLOSING, CHEMICALS, SERVICE, ETC.
