They are on time, on budget and good to work with.
They even came out and reset the circuit box after the wife thought the a/c had died.

Not much to say except that Mid-Way does excellent work for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. They are prompt, courtious and honest and their pricing is right where it should be.

The owner, Dan, has been here so often to service/clean my furnace/AC/emergency generator that he now calls as he is pulling into the driveway, to ask me to unlock the back door so he can haul his equipment into the house without having to worry about my dogs escaping out the front door. As I write the check, he always takes time to pet my wild little fur-kids. His son, who works for him, is equally nice.

When I call to make an appointment, he's usually available within 48 hours. One time he had trouble getting the kit to service my emergency generator from his supplier, and that time I had to wait a week. Since that time he keeps a few kits on hand, so his regular customers do not have to wait. He even schedules appointments for 7:00 AM for my sister, so she can get to work on time instead of having to take off a few hours.

I have used Dan's services for over 12 years, since my Dad died and I didn't even have a clue how to change the filter. (And, he was nice enough to show me how to do that!) What's not to like about such a nice guy?

They did a good work and they were excellent. I would recommend them to other people. They call me, which is a part of the routine maintenance. If there is a problem, I can get hold of them the same day. They deal with it very promptly. They give me advice that I've learnt, I can trust. We have built a good rapport. Their prices are pretty good and I am satisfied with them. I had a small problem with the technician, but I have never seen him again.

Dan arrived at my home right on time. He was very friendly and courteous. He got the job done quickly and had my air conditioner up and running. They always clean up after themselves nicely too. I would most definitely recommend them!
