These people are well worth dealing with.

I have been in the contracting business since 1975 and have learned to always get competitive estimates.

I was quoted the repairs from the dealer where I  purchased my Ram pick up.

I was quoted the tires from two tire dealers.

When I reviewed the warranty/guarantee and what was included in the installation (i.e. disposal, rotation, parts replacement, etc) it made the decision easy to use their services.

I also asked for the front brakes to be replaced, and they called and explained that I still had about 40% left on the pads, When I picked up my truck the owner further explained that he could not fairly charge me to do the work that was not needed.

As consumers we should always do the homework before making a buying decision.

They treated me with respect and I appreciate how they conduct their business.

They're very professional and they do good work, but the prices are super high. They charge a lot more than what I take my car to dealership and I do have a complain about that. I think they charge like $22 more than when I take it to the dealership for oil change and they recommended to have the spark plugs changed, and they're going to charge me $500 to change the spark plugs. Then, I called the dealership. They're still high at $420, but their prices are high. I did complain to them and they sent me a coupon. I think it was like a $22 coupon for my next oil change. So, I will still yet had to pay the higher price because they didn't take off the $22 off for next oil change. They're very polite and everything. I wouldn't mine if it was same with the dealer but they were higher than the dealer. Everything was professional except the pricing which was too high. I'm still going to get the coupon for the oil change but I'm not going to use the service anymore. I feel they're honest. That's the big thing too. You got to at least be competitive with the dealership. The transmission filter flush was comparable to the dealership.

They do excellent work. They stand behind their work. If I take my car down there, they will take me home and come back and get me. My mother-in-law is like 88. They even went to her house, picked her car up, took it, fix it, and brought it back. They are very friendly and nice people.

I called, and it turned out they didn't have a location open yet where the website said there was one, but they reimburse some for towing, so that helped. They were the only shop that could take me right away, so I basically picked them by default.||Bottom line: They did a good job with the repair, took only slightly longer than  originally estimated, and charge a high, but not unreasonably high amount. If I were in a bind again, I'd use them. If I had more time, I'd probably look around for somewhere cheaper.

Very professional and they kept me updated daily. My repairs were expensive but fairly priced. Seemed to be trust worthy. And they gave me a clean loaner car!

As usual, it was a very satisfactory experience. They are a little more expensive, but it is well worth it yo have trust that the work will be done properly. They always provide a ride home, if needed and pick-up service when the work is finished. We have been going to them for about 10 years and are always satisfied.

They are very honest and they don't do anything without calling you. They are very reliable and they give you an estimate before doing the work. They give my car back to me when they say they will.

lI have been using Meyer's Automotive Service on Lemay Ferry for 5 years and I have always been more than satisfied.  Being a widow and no knowledge of mechanical decisions that need to be made, I put my full trust in Meyer's.  I use to trade in my cars every 4 years before the warranty was up but now, as many of us, try to hang on to what we have and that means keeping up on the service requirements that are needed for our more than 100,000 mile vehicles.  Therefore you want the best mechanic (like a doctor) to take care of your vehicle.  With Meyer's I have that confidence in them, knowing they stand behind everything they do.  Living alone makes it even harder to drop off your vehicle but they take care of that by picking and dropping you off as they have your vehicle in the shop.
I had a problem on my trailblazer with the A/C and it was hard to diagnose.  They told me it could be around $1,000.00 depending on what they find.  So I was prepared for that cost.  After they worked on it, they called me with good news and it ended up costing only $325.00.  How many times does that happen - not many. 
They keep all information in the computer so they can refer back to all repairs and what is needed next.  I am so thankful for Meyer's and have complete faith in them.  They really do care about their customers.  If you think they are a little more expensive your might be right but the care you get is worth every penny as you are still driving your vehicle with all those miles because you had the best mechanic (doctor) working on your vehicle. 

6078 Lemay Ferry RoadAppointment was setup. They advised they would have provided transportation to and from the shop if I had needed it. I dropped off my vehicle and about half and hour after the appointment time they called and advised me of the results. About an hour later they called and said the vehicle was ready.  Later I went in and the salesman walked me through everything. I paid and left.

They are very experienced, personal, and good to deal with.  They are very reputable, so I decided to go with them and stay with them.  They do excellent work and when I take my car in they do things right the first time.  They are reasonably priced too.

I feel a bit taken advantage of by Meyer.  While I will not criticize their mechanic's work, it is frustrating to deal with a service person instead of a mechanic.  To me it is a clear sign the shop is too big and operates like a car dealership without the free carwash at the end.

Most places don't charge to read the check engine codes, but this place charged me $130 (as much as I would have spent buying a computer) to tell me what I already knew about the codes.  Plus another $230 to verify what the computer said.  The service writer was all over the map about costs, he was up front about the $130 intial charge; but then said verifying the codes would bring the total to $230.  I thought this meant the total would be $230 for diagnostics, but he meant the total would be $360.  Boy did I feel stupid when that slipped by me.

Then came the repairs.  This took an additional day to complete, and the replacement parts were considerably more costly than if I had purchased them retail from the Dealer, which really surprised me.  Not to mention I could have bought them directly from the dealer at wholesale for nearly half what they charged me.  I brought this to their attention and maybe they called a dealer to double check my story and lowered their prices slightly. 

I picked up the car today after the repair was completed.  When I asked for the old parts they only provided one of them, and said they kept the MAF for a core.  This also confused me because only USED MAF sensors carried a core charge at any of the stores I checked.  The service writer was quick to tell me they do not keep parts if the customer does not ask BEFORE the service, so of course once again I felt pretty stupid for not anticipating all the confusion I'd encouter at this place.

And lastly, their website advertises a mystery gift program if you are a customer, yet nothing was ever mentioned about it during the checkout process.  Originally I thought I would bring my wife's car for service and collect our "gift;" but there is no need for that now.  I doubt I will be back since they weren't any cheaper than the dealer yet equally as complicated. 

They were very professional from the initial phone call, to the service techs working on the truck. Everyone was great. Would definitely use them again for my service needs.

They have all long time employees over there. They are pricier than other places but we had confidence that they would do the right job. They have a lot of nice and extra things like a clinic for women for learning about your car. They also help you when you need a ride back to get your car. They are like a premium service. We would use their services in the future too.

I was amazed at the friendly and courteous service. Very efficient and quick. My explorer was done in less than a day. The people are super nice. I cannot recommend them enough. Even offered me a ride to come and get my car. I didn't know getting your car serviced could be such a pleasant experience. Although our bill was a lot of money, we had a lot of work done. I am completely satisfied and will use them again for any of my car needs, for sure!

They are very good, very thorough. They offer services to help you out, like rides. They offer extended hours so you can drop your car off before work and pick it up after. Their work was always very through and very clean and i never had any problems with it. They would also give you information about upcoming service needs so you would always be aware of needed services and expenses. As a repeat customer, they would also remind you the next time you were in, of any routine maintenance you were due to have.

When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone was very courteous. I dropped my car off (they have a convenient night drop box) and Rich called me later to describe the problem and give me an estimate. He took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand and even offered to call my husband and explain it to him. The estimate was higher than another I had gotten, but I went ahead and had them make the repair because I felt so comfortable with them and felt they were worth the extra money. They are not your typical garage. The place is spotless, they do not smoke inside, and the advisor's working behind the desks are professional in mannerisms and appearance. I've always hated dealing with auto repairs, but Meyer's Service makes it much less painful. I've never had better service anywhere else. They are a AAA Approved Auto Repair facility and give a 10% AAA discount. When I picked up my car, they pulled it up to the door for me and when I got in, I noticed they had kindly left a bottle of water (with a Meyer's Service label) in my cup holder for me. What a nice touch! I drove away so impressed with my experience, that I called them back to express my appreciation. They are FANTASTIC!!! Their location isn't very convenient to my home, but I will drive out of my way to take my car there again.

Meyer's has worked on our cars for years, and we completely trust them to be honest, and do a great job. Everyone we deal with is friendly and professional. Meyer's also has a drop-off/pick-up service if you need it. They are not cheap, but we believe it is a quality operation that pays its' employees what they are worth. Most of the staff has been there for years. This is just one example of what a fine auto-repair company Meyer's is (out of many over 20 years).
