The owner measured our room and then they did not bring enough carpet, so we had to wait another week. That caused us to have to cancel our furniture delivery. They laid the pad, but used two different pads, so now when you walk on the carpet, it feels different. The workers left a calling card in our bathroom which was very disgusting. They went on a cruise while we were left with the issue. They offered us $50 in retribution. I would never use this company again.

I will use them again when and if needed.

He was very helpful on helping pick out a low grade commercial carpet that didn't look like carpet. He helped get the most bang for his buck. I would use them again.

They did a really good job. They were on time and did not waste time.

Merx arrived on time the first day and made good progress. Some progress was made on the second day but after that the progress was slow.  Most of the issues came from part of the job that was bid to frame up our stairs and finish it against the drywall. Also, there was a real lack of quality around adding baseboards to the new downstairs flooring. A part of our new fiber floor was installed with an obvious slice but left as finished. I felt that after a few days we were second in priority to other jobs and they were not listening to us. On the laminate, we asked to have the trim match existent trim but that was not done and one the the trim came loose the first day. A job that should have been done within 2-3 days took several weeks. A job that I paid money enough to lessen my involvement end up costing me quite a bit fo time and work.

His work is outstanding and he is very careful to clean up every day when he leaves. He is also very polite and nice to work with. He shows up on time and works very hard every day to be sure the job is completed when he says it will be. He is very caring about how a job looks when it is done. His estimate is what you pay when the job is done.
