We are a General Contracting company. We have in-house employees and only the most trusted and experienced sub-contractors. Billing is determined by the size of the project. In some cases, no money down and 100% at job completion. In other cases, we may request interim payments. Contracting Manager has lead construction of over 700 new homes and re-modeling of over 20 investment properties in the past 12 years. Extensive experience in both new construction and older buildings (100+ years).

Still not resolved and still get weekly threatening text messages from the company. Management still won't come out from hiding or return any calls.
Description of Work: Cabinets falling off the wall in kitchen. No vents in rooms. When tech came out all he did was walk the house and tried to send a $400 bill without doing anything. Management never returns phone calls but sends threatening text messages to Tennant's phones. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. Took 2 months and numerous calls to get a tech out to the house just to get a bill sent for the guy to look at walls.

We had no knowledge of the condition of the kitchen cabinets. When the Property Manager saw the condition of the cabinets, an entire new kitchen was installed within 2 weeks. Tenant was under eviction.
