This guy has been in the business for 35 years or something. They take care of it. They come back once a year to double check everything. He is very knowledgeable. Some of the other companies were twice as expensive. They even had to drill holes in the concrete around the home to take care of the termites. He even took another business book and is honoring their past contracts.
