Here are some of the problems: 1. They allowed the roofing debris to spread all over my side and rear yards and neighbor's yard. 2. They failed to do a complete tear off as agreed. 3. They failed to relay loose bricks in the parapet walls, they only tuck-pointed them. 4. Twice I had to complain to get my uncompleted roof covered when rain was fore casted. They left my roof exposed with only tar paper covering it when it was lightly misting! I asked for a 40 ft tarp, but they spread out my tarp and other tarps. They brought over a 40 footer when rain was dripping in through my ceilings in 27 spots at 5 a.m. the next morning. I listened to it for 45 minutes dribbling down through the walls, to the first floor ruining the downstairs neighbors couch. 5. They offered to put up new ceilings but did not screw the new drywall to the joists, installed small pieces like a puzzle instead of using complete 4 X 8 sheet of drywall. 6. I spent this spring cleaning more roofing debris out of my yard.
