My central A/C unit stopped producing cold air at the end of last summer. Since the season was almost over, I decided not to have it serviced at that time. I called Mauller JR Heating and Cooling at 4:45 p.m. on 6/20/2012. They sent a repairman out at 7:30 a.m. on 6/21/2012. He inspected and tested the unit, then cleaned it thoroughly. After he had finished, he told me the unit was good and functioning properly and showed me how to keep it clean myself. The whole process took less than an hour.
The repairman was friendly, prompt, efficient, and very honest, and the service charge was quite manageable. I am very pleased with the service.
