Fitz was the salesmen. I called about buying a mattress pad with bed and he had advised me to go to Target or Walmart because it was cheaper than theirs. At the call he said that he was afraid that I was going to return it and glad that I was not. I did that but the mattress was still not comfortable. Now that I am trying to exchange/return the bed they said I can not because I did not purchase their mattress cover. I am still within my 60 days for return and they are still refusing to do the return.
